Once we receive your document for translation, it never leaves our system until the finished translation is delivered to you. The completed translation is then accessible to our translation managers from inside the system, so that the final acceptance process can also take place directly from there.
The data center is designed redundantly. If a server fails, it will immediately be replaced by another with no interruption. If a technical failure affects an entire region, whether due to technical malfunctions or environmental influences, our systems will be booted in a geographically separated replicated infrastructure and will immediately be available. Sophisticated security concepts and separately stored, encrypted backups guarantee data security even in exceptional situations such as a fire, flood or earthquake.
